Please read the following Terms of Service carefully. These Terms grant us certain rights and also describe how you may manage the information shown to others via the "Phone Caller ID" features of the App. Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

Requirements to Use the Services

Here are some of the promises you make to us in this Agreement:

Minimum Age for Eligibility: You must meet the Minimum Age to use our Services.

You must be thirteen (13) years or older (the "Minimum Age") to use the Services. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.

If applicable law requires you to be older for Lumora Tech to provide you the Services — including the collection, storage, and use of your contact information — then the Minimum Age is the legally required older age. The Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.

Our Privacy Policy further describes what information you may share with Contact and other users, and how Lumora Tech may use and share such information.

Data Collected and Usage

You agree that Contact operates in accordance with the Lumora Tech Privacy Policy.

You further agree and guarantee that, if you have opted in to participate in the Enhanced Caller ID or Contact Lookup functionality, we may collect, use, and share certain information regarding the contacts stored in your device's phone book ("Contact Information") with other users, in accordance with the Lumora Tech Privacy Policy, in order to provide the Services and improve caller identification results for you and other users.

By allowing Contact Information to be collected, you grant Lumora Tech the right to use that Contact Information as part of the Service, and you guarantee that you have obtained any and all permissions required to share such Contact Information with us. You may opt out to prevent further sharing of your Contact Information at any time from the App's Settings menu.

Caller ID and Location Display

The App may display an identified caller's name, associated business listing, or approximate general location based on publicly available data, user-contributed data, and Contact Information shared by other users of the App. This information is provided for identification convenience only and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Lumora Tech does not guarantee the accuracy of caller identification or location results shown through the App.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties, unless we provide users with advance notice. Lumora Tech will retain "Compiled Data" and "Non-Identifiable Data" and will not share your "Personal Data" with any third party for any purpose not described in this Agreement or our Privacy Policy.

In order to improve the quality of the Caller ID Service, you agree that Lumora Tech may make your "Personal Data" available to external technical developers who have entered into a non-disclosure agreement with Lumora Tech.

This does not include website or app hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our services, conducting our business, or supporting our users, so long as those parties agree to keep such information confidential. We may also release information when doing so is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Lumora Tech, our users, or others.

Your Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

Upload or share Contact Information that you do not have permission to share; Use the App to harass, stalk, or impersonate any individual; Attempt to access, alter, or misuse another user's contact or caller identification data; Use the App in violation of any applicable telecommunications, privacy, or data protection law.

Intellectual Property

The App's design, source code, caller identification database structure, trademarks, and branding are the property of Lumora Tech or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its underlying data.

No Warranty

The App and its caller identification and location features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lumora Tech does not warrant that caller ID results, location estimates, or contact information displayed through the App will be accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumora Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from inaccurate caller identification or location information. This does not limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, such as for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or applicable law. Continued use of the App after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lumora Tech's principal place of business.
